Below is our typical fast. All of it can be mixed and matched, but this gives you a good idea of how to eat throughout the day, be satisifed, and get healthy. All recipes are made mostly with organic ingredients and each day consists of a mix of fresh food and savory treats to keep you satisfied throughout the day.
Day 1:
Breakfast: Mexican Juice
Snack: Banana Snack
Lunch: Veggie Salad
Snack: Sweet Potato and Carrot Fries
Dinner: Steamed Veggies with Ginger Honey Soy Dressing
Day 2:
Breakfast: Spinach Berry Smoothie
Snack: Fruit
Snack: Orange Tonic Juice
Dinner: Veggie Salad
Day 3:
Breakfast: Berry and Grape Juice
Snack: Orange and Peach Sorbet
Snack: Veggies
Dinner: Stuffed Bell Peppers
Day 4:
Breakfast: Berry and Grape Juice
