*Use organic ingredients
1/2 pineapple
2 whole mangos
2 whole bananas
2 cups orange juice
Cut up fruit to manageable pieces. Blend all ingredients in a blender til smoothie consistancy. Place in a sorbet or ice cream maker. Enjoy on a hot summer day!
If you dont have an ice cream maker, you can place in the fridge for about 30 mins, then take out and whip for a few seconds. It takes a lot more effort and time, but its a viable option, and a good arm workout :)
