Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips

* use organic ingredients

Fruit: Approximately 6 cups worth
  Pineapple
  Thawed or fresh blackberries
  Thawed or fresh blackberries
  Orange slices
  Kiwi slices
  Apple slices
  Strawberry slices
  Mango slices
  And any other fruit you love!


Marinade:
  1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  4 tbsp of your favorite flavored jam or preserves
  1 tbsp cinnamon
  2 tbsp brown sugar (light or dark)

Mix chopped up fruit with marinade. Serve with Cinnamon Sugar pita chips.

Serves many!
