Organic Fruit and Vegetable Fast

Fasting is a healthy way to loose weight or get your body into healthy mode. Our fasting consists of strictly vegetables, fruits and herbs with very little oil for some healthy fats.

This is a healthier way to loose weight and works very well if you are determined and motivated to stay on track.

Below is our typical fast. All of it can be mixed and matched, but this gives you a good idea of how to eat throughout the day, be satisifed, and get healthy. All recipes are made mostly with organic ingredients and each day consists of a mix of fresh food and savory treats to keep you satisfied throughout the day.


Day 1: 
Breakfast: Mexican Juice
Snack: Banana Snack
Lunch: Veggie Salad
Snack: Sweet Potato and Carrot Fries
Dinner: Steamed Veggies with Ginger Honey Soy Dressing


Day 2: 
Snack: Fruit
Dinner: Veggie Salad
