Banana Flax & Spinach Smoothie

*use organic ingredients

1 cup of spinach
1 cup baby kale (or regular kale, stems removed)
1 banana
1 cup of Almond or Soy milk
2 tablespoons ground flax seed


Blend in blender with 2 cups of ice, serve over ice, or drink as is.

BerryCocoa Smoothie

* use organic ingredients

1/2 cup frozen Raspberries
1/2 cup frozen Blackberries
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
1/2 Avacado
1 cup Soy milk

Blend thoroughly in blender

Serves 1

Green Orangeberry Smoothie

* use organic ingredients
2 cups Spinach
1 cup Kale
1 cup Orange juice
1 cup Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup soy or almond milk
1 banana


Blend thoroughly in Blender

Serves 1-2

Spinach Berry Smoothie


*Use organic ingredients


1 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice
1 banana
1 large handful of fresh spinach
1 cup of frozen berries


Blend, and serve! So many vitamins in one drink and so much yummy flavor.
