Avocado Hummus

* use organic ingredients

1 can of drained garbanzo beans (or chickpeas)
2 ripe avocados
1 cup, or bunch of cilantro, chopped
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Juice of 1 lime
up to 1 cup of water
1/2 tsp of salt
pepper to taste


Blend all ingredients in food processor, slowly adding water until smooth and creamy

Serves well as an appetizer with flatbread or crackers
