Artichoke Hummus

* use organic ingredients

1 can drained and rinsed Garbanzo beans
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup Artichoke hearts
1/2 cup juice of jarred Artichoke hearts
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp All-Spice
2 tbsp chopped Basil leaves
1 tsp Garlic salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper


Blend in Food Processor until smooth.
Serve with Everything Flatbread, or any other flat bread or cracker.

Serves 8
